Luv(sic) Part 6 (Uyama Hiroto Remix) 是這個橫跨 14 年系列真正意義上的終曲。Nujabes 2010 年離世時，留下了 Part 6 的素材但未及完成；最後接手讓這首曲子能夠面世的，是 Uyama Hiroto——他是 Nujabes 在 Hydeout Productions 旗下最親近的合作製作人之一，也是 Nujabes 美學最忠實的延續者。Hexalogy 完整版於 2015 年發行，而這個 Uyama Hiroto remix 版本，就是樂迷與圈內人共同認定的真正終章。
「Grand Finale」這個名稱在不同盜版／非官方流通中出現過，但 Hexalogy 官方曲目表上，這首的正式標題就是「Luv(sic) Part 6 (Uyama Hiroto Remix)」。Uyama Hiroto 的 credit 之所以重要，不只是因為他完成了製作，更因為他是 Nujabes 過世後讓這個系列能夠真正畫下句點的那個人。沒有他，這封信永遠寫不完。
歌詞層面，Shing02 在這首裡選擇回到系列最初的命題——音樂、愛、創作、永恆——並用「圓」這個意象作為整封信的最後一個結。他寫到圓的每一點都等距於圓心、寫到唱片永遠在轉、寫到要把當初開始的事完成。這既是寫給音樂的告別，也是寫給 Nujabes 的告別。聽這首歌的時候，請記得這個版本能在你耳機裡響起，是兩位音樂人——加上一位接力完成遺作的人——共同完成的奇蹟。
